How many photos will we get?
We don’t put a limit on the amount of images we take, insuring that we photograph what you need and not limiting us to take as many shots as we like. The package you choose will determine how long we photograph for.
How long will it take to get them?
Usually 4 weeks or less.
Do you offer prints?
Yes, you certainly can order prints and canvases. See ‘Keepsakes’ section above.
Do you offer frames?
Yes, you may have your image framed. See ‘Keepsakes’ section above.
When do you arrive and leave?
This will depend on your chosen package. But don’t worry if your allocated time goes over by 10-15 minutes we will not charge you.
Do you travel?
Yes. But depending on the distance, they’re may be an additional surcharge.
Can we make changes to any of the packages?
Absolutely if you feel that something is not needed or you would like to add more time let us know and we can customise your package to suit your needs.
How will we receive our photos?
You will receive your images via a personal online gallery and on USB. The gallery provides low resolution images for you to download and share. The USB will have the high resolution images for printing.
Do you have payment options and plans?
You have the option of paying in instalments. We can discuss this in detail when we meet.
When is the final payment due?
Final payment is due 1-2 weeks before the wedding.
How can I pay?
Payments can be made via credit cards, cheque, eftpos, direct debit and cash. Please note some cards will incur a card fee.
What do I need to secure a booking?
You will need to fill out our wedding confirmation form along with a 10% deposit to secure your date.
